It has a highintensity of fruitiness. This oil is characterised by its green notes with hints of leaf green, green almond and grass green on the nose and tomato, artichoke and grass green on the palate. The bitterness is balanced and the spiciness is persistent with hints of chilli. It is an EVOO with highly complex nuances, distinguished by its balance and harmony.
