History: SCA San Vicente was founded when a group of small farmers from the Sierra de las Villas area decided to join together to mill olives.

It is located at the gates of the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y las Villas Natural Park. As a result, its olive groves are characterised by their steep slopes, which make harvesting difficult and very hard to mechanise, being a clear example of traditional olive groves.

Its main values are commitment, honesty and transparency. SCA San Vicente has been seriously committed to quality for many years. This commitment is based on the implementation of quality certification systems (such as Integrated Production or Organic) both in the olive grove and in the olive mill. Currently, it is made up of 1400 members, most of whom are small farmers.
