Cooperativa Sierra de la Pandera

Location: Los Villares (Jaén).
Year of foundation: 2004.
History: The Cooperative “Sierra de la Pandera” was founded in October 2004 after the merger of two entities from Los Villares. During these years, two EVOO brands have been developed: La Pandera and Jabalcuz. It is also a cooperative committed to the environment, quality, and sustainable development, all of which enable them to develop their oils to a higher quality.

The farmers who are part of Cooperative Sierra de la Pandera are the ones who cultivate their olive groves and protect the landscape of the area, mostly family farms.
