It has a medium- high intensity of fruitiness. Furthermore, green notes predominate with hints of leaf green, green almond and green apple on the nose and wheat ear, artichoke and green grass on the palate. It has a pleasant bitterness and spiciness, highlighting its persistence. It is a harmonic and balanced EVOO.
