On the nose, green notes predominate; olive leaf, green apple and fig leaf stand out. On the palate, it has a slight sweet entry. The bitterness and spiciness are pleasant and persistent. Fluid and slightly astringent. Freshly cut grass and olive leaf are the predominant notes on the palate.
